Vintage 2001-2003 I would guess. And yes authentic.

On the shirt it says: Atari interactive, Inc. So it is genuine Atari !!

They gave out shirts just like that one a few years back at E3. It may be from that. Infogrames changed there name to Atari a few years ago...hoping it would give them respect and raise their stock. It didnt work as far as their stock is concerned.
