Anybody with a PSP (who's not holding out on the firmware updates) needs to order this right now. It's like having Beatmania IIDX in your pocket. Over 50 songs, plenty of difficulty levels for each of them (at least 3, sometimes more), 200 gallery images, extremely good background videos, etc.
It's got 4-button mode (easy), 6-button (now we're talking), and 8-button (HOLY MOTHER OF GOD MAKE IT STOP).

I kind of doubt it'll get a release outside of Korea. It would be cool if it did, but since PSP runs import games easily, there's little reason not to just get the Korean version.

Looks pretty sweet (especially the $90 Collectors Edition set). If you don't want to upgrade your PSP to play it though, there is a good Beatmania homebrew version that someone made. Uses BMS packs for songs and has a key config. Very professionally done too:

Usually they get stuff shipped out within a day or two of ordering (for items listed as "within 24h"). If you get air economy shipping, it can take a good 2 weeks or so to arrive. EMS shipping is typically within a week.
That BMS player always looked pretty cool, but since the notes wouldn't be redesigned to work around things like not being able to press left+right on the d-pad, I have a feeling that it would just be a lot more awkward to play.

I'm Korean, so I used to listen to this kind of stuff when I was younger. This game might prompt me to buy a PSP.

If you're into music games, then yes. Otherwise, it's hard to say if you aren't a fan of the genre.

that I am, but I am not a hardcore gamer, I play games like these once in a while, but I am not like a guru at music games, would I be able to pick up the game and play it, or is it reeeealy hard..

4-button mode starts out quite tame for the low-level stuff. Anybody that's had experience with music games in the past probably won't have trouble adapting to this one. And of course it's got plenty of stuff that's blindingly difficult in case you work up to it. Heh.
It's a Korean game, but very little of the actual game interface is in Korean. Occasionally a "yes/no" menu pops up, and the left option is yes.
To get the game set up initially, just go into the options menu, choose the saving options, and select "On" to enable the auto-saving. That's pretty much all you have to worry about.

after talkin bout it for the last few days, to my surprise, my friends ended up ordering a copy of the prestige package for me as a surprise group bday present! and all this time i was thinkin bout how long it would take me to get enough money to get a copy, or two, by just myself! i'm pretty sure they got it cuz they wanted to play it too. lol.
my own copy should be arriving in a week or so. :)
do you already have your copy, btw? was wondering what firmware it required. i'm already running up to 2.50, so i dont really mind a 2.60 upgrade if i have to.

There's a 2.0 updater on the disc, so you're probably fine already.

Apparently, according to IGN, it's getting a release sometime in the US, although the date is still TBA.
