What Sega Cd game is this from?? and is there any chance that this was actually legal(there are posters and these cds around)

I know exactly what thats from and It's not a video game!
Thats the CD cover art to an early 90's detroit rap group called "house of krazees". The reason it looks so gory is because the style of rap was called "horrocore".

The cover is taken from somewhere, I'm pretty sure its a Sega Cd game. Not a bad cd, kinda hard to find now days.

ahh so your saying they took the cover art from a video game, gotcha. God damn when Twiztid was known as dr jekkyl and mr bones they sure could fucking flow....
Then again I havent listened to any of that stuff since high school either...l

"Dr. Jeckel and Mr. Bones" was a solo song on Mr. Bones 2 solo tapes. The House of Krazees were, Mr. Bones, Hektik, and The R.O.C.. Bones and Hektik left after getting pulled off a nation wide tour with ICP, they formed Twiztid.
The cover for their second release "Homebound" was taken from a movie..."Ghost Story"
