I know of only two aside from standard Gray in North America, Doom is red and Killer Instinct is black are there any others?

I have a question to go with this; What is with the back of the carts?
I mean...All of my carts have the sticker on the back with those "safety tips" BUT one of my carts has it like printed or engraved into the cart. When did nintendo switch between the two?

If it's engraved on the back like that, then it's a Majesco rerelease that was put out late into the systems lifespan and sold at a discounted price. The labels on the carts will also NOT be glossy like the the versions that have stickers on the back of the cart.
