Turbo Grafx 16 Problem??HELP

Hello all, i bought two different turbo grafx 16 and they both power up but with a kinda non-working nes looking screen(blue,green,etc..)

I got the turbobooster and it still doesnt work with my only game (keith courage)whoohooo.

I was wondering because i dont know nothing about turbo grafx 16 and maybe some of you know a lot and can tell me of a way to fix this or certain tricks to make this thing work or particular problems that happen with the TG16.

Did you buy both decks from the same source? If so, maybe the seller was just getting rid of some garbage...

check the techinal database. Under TG-16 or NEC systems it tells you how to clean the HuCard. It involves an eraser me thinks.
