Hi all!
I have a Strato Fighter on the bench at the mo with an intermitent problem of what appears to be flashing specs or lines they vary in quantitiy during each power up and on occasion a 2" high horizonal strip of coloured blocks my appear across the center of the screen over all video.I did get the specs to vanish once by flexing the boards.I have changed the board cables,re-seated the skt ic`s,pressed down on all surface mount ic`s and the board looks clean and in good condition.Checking the voltage across a 74 series gives me bang-on 5.00V (makes a change), Any idears?
