I haven't really heard to too many problems with these things heating up. Most things are blown out of proportion over our 100% factual internet (ie XB360 problems).

There's no need for that. PStwo isn't exactly melting.

i completely agree, 1 person tells another person who tells 3 people which of whom 1 posts about it which in turn 200 people read it etc etc. and before you know it everyone's pstwo that's a little warm must be having a heat problem. paranoia can do strange things. then some enterprising individual decided to harnass people's fears and sell them a product they don't need.

and besides even if there was a pstwo overheating problem a usb fan probably doesn't have enough juice to run at a respectable rpm anyway.

in the end you've got a piece of cheap plastic sticking out of your machine that's loud, takes up a usb port, and wasted $8. LOL

How many USB ports does it take up? Looks like it blocks both of them- how do you play any GunCon2 games or use a USB mouse or the EyeToy?

I wouldnt bother.

EDIT: Oh, now I see it leaves one open...

Never mind. :embarrassed:

They had these same things for the ps1 and it was largely agreed there too that they were pretty worthless. I remember they were generally staples of the clearance racks for most of their time spent in EB.
