The U-Force was a peripheral for the NES...you placed your hands in front of a sensor screen that sort of opened like a laptop's and moved your hands around in front of it to get things to moved on screen. It bombed almost as badly as the Power Glove, but if more companies had supported it (imo, this argument goes for the Glove too), then it probably could have been a really cool peripheral.
This looks lke the cart that is used to test it...not dissimilar to the way the first-party Nintendo test carts were used (the yelow carts). Either that, or there are actual games on it that utilized it to demo the UForce.

Something will come onto the screen, but you probably cant do that much without the U-Force. How much did you pay for the test cart?
