I've been seeing alot of auctions lately for factory sealed NES and SNES games. My question is, which one has more expensive games factory sealed of the two? I know NES has like Mega Man, Bubble Bobble and stuff but then again, I see Chrono Trigger sealed for like $800 and Harvest Moon for like $500. Shouldn't NES be worth more because it's older?

Its depends on how many people who wants that particular game.

older does not necessarily mean more valuable. kill thread.

First of all, anybody paying 800 for chrono or 500 for harvest moon is overpaying... I think 5-600 and 250ish are more realistic.

But your question is harder to answer than one would think. A lot of the good NES stuff you never see sealed. The more popular SNES games are much more available. So sometimes it seems like the SNES games go for more because you can actually find them. A lot of the NES titles that go for a few hundred sealed you only see once every couple years. (The only valuable NES titles that pop up with any regularity sealed are FF1, Zelda, Tyson, etc). - On the other hand the popular snes titles will generally pop up sealed several times a year.

By the way, I see you still have that bubble bobble for trade - but I thought it 'sold' last auction? ;)

Yeah i still have the bubble bobble, the guy who won the auction wanted me to retract his bid because of my low feedback score. So do you have anything for trade or sale? I'm willing to work with you. We've done business before.
