I stay away from these types, they seem to be on a roll, and not a good one. Over 10% Neg/Neut. over the past month alone.

btw, I don't think it's called "ripped off" when it's only $2. More like cheated or pissed on. Ripped off is something like paying $200 then finding out they never sent out, and you can't recover your funds because Paypal sucks ass sometimes, and the money has already been withdrew from their account, and ebay's buyer protection doesn't help you out because it was a BIN for an illegal item which they don't allow to be sold in the first place, yet you already bought it thru their website. Thats ripped off.

And if they are trying to send back your payment you are not really loosing out any money, just this game, which I didn't even notice a picture of. Could look like hell too, stickers,writing, ripped up label, etc. Never know. Just post Negative feedback and be done with it. Lets see a 15 in 30 days streak! YAY!!

guys, really sorry about this, i was actually talking to another idiot on my cell while i typed that, which is why it seems ridiculously abbrev. LOL

ok, it obviously looks like a Donkey Kong Jr game right.........but i got classics.....man this makes me angry......but not too bad, no not ripped off, more like pissed on, but i shoulda caught it from bad feedback, but......it was only $2 so i cant be too mad. he says the two games got switched in shipping. i told him his solution of sending it back was not worth it because i had already wasted enough money and to have the winner of the game he sent me, send me an email. i also told him i thought his oops wrong game story was a crock and he says "Hey i told you the story, its up to you whether you believe it or not" not a direct quote.......but you get the idea. i'm just going to email him and tell him hes getting bad feedback unless he can come up with something good, maybe he can send me a lot of NES games? who knows.......its worth a shot and the worst thing i could do is give him bad feedback?

i bought a double dragon 2 cart from him about a week ago and there were no problems. this auction looks to be for donkey kong jr., but they probably sent you donkey kong classics right? i wouldn't even bother sending it back to exchange since both are common carts and it wouldn't be worth the extra shipping money, but if you really want dk jr instead, just send it back. like video game addict said, its only 2 bucks, and you still ended up with a game.

So you got donkey kong classics for $2 thats not to bad then. If you already had it then it might suck a little bit, but you could always trade it to someone else too. I thought maybe he was trying to change his mind about selling to you at that price or something, and wanted to just refund your money without sending you the game. He sounds like just an idiot who doesn't pay attention to what he's selling/packing. If you're not happy with the cart, since it's clearly NOT what the auction was for, then ask for a full refund. But think before you post negative feedback, because he could do likewise. I thought at first he was totally fucking you over somehow, by not sending the game or somethin, but if he has atleast mailed you something I guess he's trying :roll:

thats true, but hmmm......i can always reply in the feedback, as can he.....how bad do you suppose that could hurt me? i have a total feedback of 20 some......but they're all positive and good positive at that, and yes, they are both common, but its kind of harder to get ahold of DK Jr. Dont get me wrong, DK classics is worth $2 also......definitly, but i dont need it, this is my 3rd copy, i already have the box.......so.......this gets me nowhere

and also what i was saying......this guy purposely posted his auction like that...i know he did, i shoulda guessed it coming from a jacka** with descriptions like his. one sentence on the game, and an entire paragraph about the terms, for.........nintendo cartridges.....can i press pause n have my lawyer read over this before i send you $2.......also.......who runs auctions at his rate and doesn't have a digital camera? atleast buy a cheapie at kmart or something.......any picture will speak enough to get you more money than he's getting

Well, it sounds like he's already given you an option to send it back and get the game you wanted, so I don't know what you're still crying about. You can recieve a negative and still live to tell about it, it's not like eBay is going to boot you for just one.... :roll:

As for "jackasses" who run their auctions like that, that's how I run my Animal Crossing cards auctions, just a generic description and "see the title and picture for the card your bidding on" Haven't got a single one wrong yet. Some people can do it better than others I suppose.

If you read through his feedback, you'll see that a lot of the negatives are because he sells things that are "new" and people get dirty loose carts with ripped labels and writing on the cart. So his generic description is usually ins't true, and looks like it leads people to believe they are getting something new, when they're not.

Looks like he was doing the same thing with NES controllers. Claiming they were new, but people were getting loose NES controllers that weren't even name brand.

and msam24 said i should send the game back, then wait for this other person, that he sent my game to, to get back with him and he would get the trade going, and "if" the guy never contacted him, he would send my money back.........so he sends me $6.50 back through paypal......and for sake of time we'll say i get $6 after paypal, and i'll waste some more on shipping, this guy is a dick, hes not going to give me more money just for shipping it back "if" he even ever talks to me, or sends me my money back.....he can say he shipped the package and it arrived, and all was fine. negative will be my resort, hes not very convincing at all, and......i can be gullible, maybe.....but with feedback like that?

i emailed him before i was going to leave bad feedback, and he gave me his line of BS.....about his S/H because everything he does is quite legal but he said he got a copy of the game i was supposed to get in a shipment today and he would send it as soon as he got the original game back, so i told him i would just send him another $6.50 for that one. it would be more of a waste to send it back, because DK classics isn't a horrible deal for $2 either

i just recieved my game from him. Took a month and i almost lost hope. But today a shining glory came in the mail.
