Seller didnd send all

About 2 months ago I won a NES + 18 games on Ebay from a guy in France. I got the invoice and it said 9 euro for shipping. I thought this was too little so I asked if it was correct. He said yes, he even confirmed the 9 euro.

I waited and waited, never recived anything. Had to send several of mails then he finaly sends it and I had to pick it up at the customs on friday (4 feb.).

What do you know, he only sent the NES, not a single game! I got home, e-mailed him immediatly and got reply that I payed too little for shipping and he wouldnt send the other games before I had payed 30 euro for the remaining shipping (this is about the right shipping cost).

I dont mind paying, but god fucking damn how hard can it be to send me a mail and say this before he sends it. Its so fucking annoying! :angry: I e-mailed him and forwared the mails where he confirmed the 9 euro. Wonder what he will reply.

Anyone else have experienced something simular?

If he'd shipped NEs+games in one box it'd be 30.00 Euro?

Why pay more? His stupidity sent two separate boxes.

Offer to pay 30.00 total. Say "Aready gave you 9. Here's the extra 21.00 Euro I owe you."





If he refuses your generosity-- file a chargeback through paypal ebay or credit card since "item not as described". The shipping was 9.00 and you are not obligted to pay more. ---> Make sure to forward the Invoice stated 9.00 Euro & the "yes 9.00 Euro Ship is correct" email from Seller as double-proof. He agreed to this price.

The shipping variates from 30-40 euro. Not sure of the exact rate. Im not sure if he wants 30 more or 21 (already payed 9).

Paypal isnt that normal on Ebay in Europe. I payed with bank transfer. It would have been too late for Paypal complaint anyway, been over 45 days :(

I will pay the remaining shipping tho, but why didnt he tell me this like 1 month ago when he first shipped it? Its fucking crazy @_@

Next time File at the 40 day mark if item not received. Protect yourself. Always file before time runs out.

Try calling 1-866-515-3229 option 5 for Paypal. Speak directly to a rep to see if you can get an exception to the 45-day limit.

Also said 9 euro. He must have known that I didnt live in France because he never asked for my address etc.

Kevin: Thanks for the tip, but since I didnt pay with Paypal I doubt they can help me. With bank transfer I dont think there are any insurance or protection. It all goes on trust.

Hehe, I hope he will be that honest and send the games after I transfer the remaining money. Still a risk tho :(
