Complete with everything. The card is of Dixie. It has a small bend on one of the corners but it came like that when I got it.
It has the soundtrack and DVD which has game movies, a kareoke video and some other music video from the game.

I have this Saturn stuff as well: Street Fighter Alpha 2, Turf Wind 96 and Deep Fear. All with spines.
I am looking for other Saturn games (Japanese) for them in return only know. Mostly interested in stuff like Virtua Fighter 2, Sega Rally Plus, Digital Dance Mix Vol:1 Namie Amuro, Sonic JAM - BIG WANT!
