How do you unlock a crib catalog in ESPN NFL 2K5?

By performing various tasks in the game. Once you reach a certain amount of crib points, you'll be able to select a new catalog.

I don't think it goes by crib points alone, but rather by reaching a certain number of "milestones." Because I have a lot crib points amassed, yet I don't have all the catalogs unlocked.
Of course, you could also just use a code to unlock everything if you want.
