Looking for GP2X AC Adapter, carrying case and TV output.

This is probably a long shot, but whatever. I don't really care if they are used or not, but I was hoping to buy these for my GP2X -

Carrying Case
TV Output
AC Adapter (low priority considering I have some good rechargable batteries)
