I personally bought it from this copy from this guy maybe a year ago. It had black marker color touch under the plastic on the side edges. He did refund my money although I can see he's still playing coy by saying 'he's not sure' if it's a reseal. Well, gee, I guess the marker ink got there on its lonesome. :roll:

I don't think so. I bought it from him privately as opposed to 'bidding' (now that you mention it I think I recall him trying to sell this on ebay a few months ago). But even if it is directed at me I could care less.
I guess no one is actually reading the auction text as the bidding has hit over $150. x_x

That's kinda funny that he has it in the auction, that it may be a re-seal, and there are people that are willing to pay that much for it @_@ .

You're right Adam, I just didn't think of it like that.
In the last auctions that I had up on E-Bay for the Gameboy box's, 4 of them e-mailed me after the auction to see if the game included everything, so that they was complete. I had it in bold that no game was included.
