Congrats! How long ago did you start the DC collection?
Also, do you have a trade list? I've got a Donald Duck Goin' Quackers I can let go, but I'd always rather trade than sell.
Either way, let me know. ;)

Yes it is. I've found it is one of the rarest Dreamcast games to actually find. I've helped a few people complete their collections, and it often is one of the last five people need to pick up.
The only thing I have for trade are my o2 games wich can be found in my IGN list.

Lert me know.

Really? Damn... there are two complete at the local EB and I passed them over since I didn't have the cash and figured they'd be easy to find later. Guess I'd better go get them. :D

Nah, NBA Hoopz ain't that hard to find to be honest. It's not exactly common, but you should be able to find it without too much difficulty.
The one that's a real bitch to find is Midway's Greatest Arcade Hits Vol. 2. My god.

So weird how rarities vary between people. I've owned two copies of this at one time and have found it so many times for like 3 - 5 bucks. Just passed every time..haha ;D.

Yeah, they do vary from person to person. I've seen a ton of Midway GAH V.2. Supposedly, there were only 10,000 of it made, but around here there is a lot of them.
They are always price pretty high though. When I've seen Hoopz, it's been for a couple bucks.

Good luck with those! They are nearly impossible to find. I have a pair of Japanese official ones, and they're awesome, but even those I paid a pretty penny for.
Wish I could help, but I guess I'm just giving you a free bump to say that I know the feeling ;)

I have the off-brand maracas (Samba Fans, Naki), and they keep making my game reset (as in 'Recognizing controller' message). I took it to a youth retreat last weekend and we were bummed that they weren't working right.
However, the instructions that came with it have the absolute worst Japanese-English translation of all time.
Actual examples (I am not making this up!):
Attention After Playing: Reserves if off power, lays aside tenderly, avoids falling off to ground.
Notice: When using this product, you are not allowed to disturb others. Try not to use it on such occasions as midnight, rest of some other special occasions.
Young children must be guided to use it or need parents and teachers to accompany, in case to be tumbled by it.
Warning: Please follow the instruction to avoid be injured, fire disaster and being got electrical shock.
Do not allow other diffused things to be stored with the product to prevent from being off color.
We had more fun reading the instructions than we would have had playing the game!

Yes, a lot of those Japanese to Engrish translations are great :) My personal favorite is on the dance pad boxes, there is a sticker which boldly proclaims:
SHOW ME YOUR DANCE!
It's been three years. It's still funny to me.

I picked up my maracas at a shop in Ft. Wayne Indiana NIB for $99.99. I think they still had some when i bought mine but it wasn't exactly last week when I bought mine. Mine are still NIB with the seal cut(stupid me). McVans is the name of the place though. Last I remember they had a horrible online setup but you can probably find the number and ring them up. If they still have them, you can probably arrange to have them shipped. Just make sure they understand that you want them shipped inside another box and want things as mint as possible. It's worth a shot right?
