View Full Version : 3D Tetris for VB
Anyone here owns this cart and box? I never ever seen it on ebay. I see more Space Squash, Space Invaders .....but never 3D Tetris

I've got the game, no box. I haven't bothered trying it out yet to see what it's like :)

I've got a complete copy, found it while cleaning out my closet last summer, heh. I thought I got rid of all my VB games... cause I know I don't have my VB. I need to get one so I can play all these games :/

I've got a complete copy (use to have 3 of them at one time). Not quite as rare as Jack Bros. but definitely one of the harder to find US Virtual Boy games.
I've always sucked at 3D Tetris. The overhead perspective totally throws me off and it's hard to tell what blocks will fit where. I usually just play V-Tetris on the VB instead.
Yeah, I've got a complete copy of my own... I used to have at least 5 of them, but I sold them all over the last few years... I don't even have any extra 3D Tetris carts left. The value has gone way down on them, which is probably why you don't see very many anymore. For a while the complete ones were selling for $50+, so lots of people were willing to sell them... the last time I saw one sell only went for around $20.
It is a pretty cool game, mostly for the puzzle (or whatever it's called) mode, where you make shapes instead of making lines... er... planes. Like Norkusa said, the regular game is pretty tough/weird... V-Tetris is a lot more traditional, so I play that more often.

The difficulty isn't too bad IMO, and I kept the game going for 1 hour, you can imagine how I felt after that (ready to vomit with blurred eyes), that 15 min rest isn't enough to recuperate.
