I'm thinking about trying to collect all the Sega games for GBA, but quite a few seem to be missing from the list when I search for them by manufacturer, developer, etc.
So I guess it's time to try and compile a complete list here:
Altered Beast
Astro Boy
Baseball Advance
Chu Chu Rocket
Columns Crown
Crazy Taxi
Gunstar Heroes
Jet Grind Radio
Phantasy Star Collection (Phantasy Star, Phantasy Star 2, Phantasy Star 3)
Pinball of the Dead
Puyo Pop
Revenge of Shinobi
Sega Arcade Gallery (After Burner, Space Harrier, Out Run, Super Hang On)
Sega Combo Pack (Sonic Advance, Sonic Pinball Party)
Sega Rally
Sega Smash Pack (Ecco the Dolphin, Sonic Spinball, Golden Axe)
Shining Force
Shining Soul
Shining Soul 2
Sonic Advance
Sonic Advance 2
Sonic Advance 3
Sonic Battle
Sonic Pinball Party
Space Channel 5
Super Monkey Ball
Virtua Tennis
GrayFox

Astro Boy is really Treasure.
Revenge of Shinobi and Altered Beast are by 2D6 Games.
2D6 sucked shit and died. Don't buy those games.
Actually, Altered Beast is worth a look, IMO. Damn hard, but the super-cheesy photorealistic style is endearing.
Revenge of Shinobi got slammed by none other than Benjamin Turner. If fighting ninjas that look like a palette-swapped version of YOUR OWN CHARACTER gets you off, go for it; otherwise, stay away.

How could I forget Pinball of the Dead? I already have it!
Found a few that seem like they should be in my collection too, even though they really have nothing to do with Sega:
Altered Beast
Guardian Heroes
I'm sure there's more, and you can see where I'm going with this. I have a Game Gear, Genesis, Sega CD, 32X, Saturn, Dreamcast, so if a game or series was released on one of those systems obviously I'd like to have any GBA games that would be related to those games and series too. So really I should have a Nintendo game list for the GBA too, since I have a SNES as well, even though I don't have an N64 or a Gamecube. But I don't really like Mario!
For me, a Nintendo must-have list would be more like this:
Castlevania
Contra
Donkey Kong
Metroid
Zelda
I really don't care about Mario, Yoshi, Kirby, or Pokemon!

Puyo Pop
They also did Puyo Pop Fever as well
And I don't know about over in America, but in Europe (well UK at least) there are many many more combo packs than just the Sonic Advance/Sonic Pinball Party one.
Its really annoying actually because I like to have my GBA games individually boxed but can't seem to find the originals any more, just the combo packs.
Its a really good idea for a collection though - all GBA Sega games.

I don't like the combo packs either, but at least if you're lucky enough to find the originals, it makes them worth that much more. And I'm sure that alot of people prefer to get two games for the price of one too, so the combos are a good idea for people on a budget, just not collectors.
Check ebay for the originals. I've been very lucky so far. I got Sonic Pinball Party brand new for only $15, and I got Sonic Advance brand new for only $20, so they're still out there, you just have to keep checking for them frequently.
BTW, I'm doing pretty good on accomplishing my goal too. I already have the following games checked off of my list:
Columns Crown
Pinball of the Dead
Sonic Advance
Sonic Advance 2
Sonic Advance 3
Sonic Pinball Party
Next I wanna get Sonic Battle, so I'll have all the GBA Sonic games already. That's kinda like my mini goal while I'm at it.
I think I'll go for Super Monkey Ball next as well. I've never played it, but it looks like the sort of game that I'd enjoy.
Then I'll start working on all those expensive RPG's... ACK!

Well I finally took the plunge and paid $40 for Sonic Battle. And I also got Super Monkey Ball quite a while back as well.
So, now I finally have all the GBA Sonic games. HOORAY!
8 games down and about 20 more games to go... This is gonna take alot longer than I thought it would... SIGH...
Maybe I'll try to work on something else for a while instead.

I didn't pay that much for my GBA. Are you collecting complete games, sealed games or autographed? I mean, $40 for Sonic Battle?

I believe that it was the very first Sega game released for the GBA in the US. So it's pretty hard to find now, but it's still out there. It's pretty cool too, it's quite different from any of the other Columns games that I've played before.
Don Marco, I'm buying them sealed. And I just got tired of hoping that I could get one for less every time one came up for auction on ebay and ended up going for around $40 every time. So I finally just bought one on BIN for $40.

it was probably new. that game is awful though. in fact, 75% of the sega games on the gba are terrible... thats why i think this whole idea is bad. collect something worth collecting, like all the capcom games, NOW theres an awesome collection. the sega games are lame.
