$125 shipping charge Seller lost $70 yesterday

Quick Review - Bought 20 PS1/2 games advertised as "mint" or "working". Seller refused to combine shipping. Charged me $125 to ship two $2/$6 envelopes. :eek 2: :roll: :hmm: O_O

- I offered $62.50 as a compromise. Seller refused.

- Got games. 5 games were okay. 15 of the games were not mint. Seller said "return them" but never gave me a refund after DC confirmed delivery.



NOW - Yesterday Paypal refunded $70 on Dispute #1 for 5 of the games. :D The remaining 15 games/$113 are still under dispute (#2).




Interestingly Paypal gave a FULL refund for Dispute #1. I only requested a partial refund (4 of the games). So I got the 5th game for free!

Guess I ought to pay for that game.

But not until Dispute #2 is resolved!

Nah. Seller has been ignoring my emails ever since DC showed games were returned to his doorstep.

I will owe about $9 for game I kept-- minus the $9.00 Priority shipping I spent returning the other 15 games-- Essentially nothing! LOL :evil:

My take is that (as with any word among a collection of people) his definition differs from others. For example, my wife claims I yell at her when I am merely talking and she doesn't like what she hears. He may think of mint as untouched whereas other people think of it as undamaged.

Or, he actually believes that the key words people type are true to their auction as opposed to just being eye-catchers such as SUPER RARE, GEM MINT, etc ...

Decided not to pay the sethpackard for the 5 games I kept. He put me through 2 months of stress (wondering if I would get a refund). He could have kept his promise and gave a refund & made me happy but instead just dragged me along.

I think he deserves no money for that poor customer service.
