Anyway to capture videos on the DS?

Looking if there is anyway to capture videos from the ds and put it on my pc. Price is no problem but I guess im looking for something devs have.

Something that would plug into the GBA slot and start recording on command.

Such thing exist or no?

Well, Nintendo has TV out for events, so they probably hooked ign up..... but at the moment, its not possible.

Is it not possible that all screenshots are supplied to review sites and magazines?
