But I don't want to preorder since there is no POG's. I preordered my red DS and I didn't get it unitl three days after it's official release date.
What store will have it the day it's scheduled to be released?

Nowhere ever has a game the day it's scheduled to be released unless it's a big name title. Pretty much every store will have it the day after it's released.

I would say major retailers having it out the first day (walmart). Gamestop/EB should have the game too. Im not really sure it is going to be so popular as to sell out the first day. Although, I haven't been following the hype that much?

Most likely you won't be able to pick it up on release. The reason behind this is that Nintendo products are announced with the day they will be shipped, and not the day stores are allowed to sell it. I know that first party Nintendo titles are shipped next day priority. I also know that WalMart wont have them that quickily (I assume because they get delivered to a distribution center, and then to the stores. Or because the same employees that work the entire store are forced to pay attention to electronics) but EBGames and Gamestop do get the deliveries individually.
Push Mode looks awesome by the way.

The only stores that will probably have them close to the release date are Gamestop or EB. Sometimes they drive to pick up games and have them first. When it comes to somewhere like where I work; Bestbuy, we have to wait until they are shipped to us, and that's usually via a USPS drop shipment, one or two days after the projected date, which is always either Wednesday or Thursday.
