Britannia or Tamriel?

Never seen Britannia (assuming you mean Ultima here? I guess you don't mean the elder scrolls for that one), but Tamriel was kinda...bland. So we'll go with Brittania.

There's plenty of interest to read about in Tamriel, but not much happening otherwise. In Britannia, stuff is happening around you.

I like Tamriel better in theory, but Britannia is more vibrant in practice. So I vote Britannia.

Defenitely Britannia. Much more involved world, and felt so more immersive when I played Ultima back in the day compared to Tamreil now. Just felt too generic. Sure there were lots of cities and provinces, but they were all randomly generated except for a few unique towns. It was also really fun in Ultima VI to kill Lord British and take his invisibility ring ;D.
