I work as a graphic designer at a screen printing company. We also do the custom logos and so on. Mostly vector based art.
I have a customer who is dumber than dirt and demands actions to be made on the spot( "client is waiting"). She does not understand anything in my end of the business transaction. She drives me and others nuts. If she gets one of us on the phone, she will over-extend the conversation that usually takes a minute into 5 minutes or longer, wasting your time. Also the assignment are notably more difficult and time consuming because she pulls art off the internet and wants it exact. All for 15-20 shirts at a time, under our minimum. As opposed to my other customers, they trust my judgment and talent, easy sailing.
I understand it's just a job, but she can push everyone's buttons. My boss doesn't care as long as she pays the bills. Typical.
After she wears me out all day over I sometimes like to get home and play Time Splitters Future Perfect and slaughter the game's AI in deathmatch. I play in the subway with both shotguns, proxy mines, double lugers for 100 kills.
Contrary to belief,
I am not a violent person but this is an alternative to beating this lady senseless. It's somewhat relaxing. I am married so I have to hold it in from my wife. I snapped at her before after a long day and it's not good for the bed.

What other games can I try besides halo 1,2 on the xbox?

I am too honest for my own good, aren't I?

Heh, you can TKO joe in 30 seconds. That would wear out your reset button. ;)

Maybe wait until King Hippo.

Gaming is a nice way to reduce stress I've found. It's also a good way to distract you to no end.

This might be because when characters in the games get angry or annoyed, they don't exactly sit down and discuss their problems. Not by a long shot.

true,
I can shut off the game as well. Just looking for more stress relieving games.

I use Grand Theft Auto for this. Load up on weapons. Lay waste to anything that moves, and see how long I can dodge the cops and military. Maybe steal a tank. Blow things up!

I always feel better afterwards.

you could try serious sam, basically shoot anything that moves, violent overkill. or one of the burnout series, after you waste a few dozen vehicles you'll feel much better. :P

I have Burnout 3 and getting the revenge one. That is a great game. Road rage is great but those Asian tracks kick my butt.
Serious Sam looks great. Might have to shell out 9 dollars for the first one.
The 2nd one is too high still right?
