Could anyone who's played this tell me what it's about/ what it's like?
I've never found any info on this game other than that it exists.
-thanks

I can say that it's a direct port of a little-known laser disc game done by Universal in 84-85.... haven't actually popped it in myself.

Larry I hope you're not thinking of the fairly COOL laserdisc-based game Super Don Quixote (which has been at Classic Gaming Expo for a few years now), because Laseractive Don Quixote is definitely NOT that. Rather than the kinda cool Dragon's Lair style of "Super", this version is a first-person interactive adventure. I played the game for about 2 hours and couldn't even get out of the town, the game has puzzle elements and is DREADFULLY slow - so very unlike the other Laseractive laserdisc games.
Wanna try some really cool Laseractive titles, seek out Road Prosecutor and Triad Stone. Awesome "period pieces" that really show off what the laserdisc system could do - both games have much better buffering (you won't see the break between scenes) than many of the arcade machines featuring laserdisc technology.
