Kids on Site (Sega CD) strange box?

How many Sega CD games have that weird box like Kids On Site? I found one of these today, and I had never seen a Sega CD box like this.

Also, what is actually supposed to come in the box? The one I have, just has the cd game floating around in it. It's got this black cardboard digital pictures thing in there, but it doesn't have a special think to snap the cd in, unless mine is missing something. If somebody has a complete one, could you post a pic of what it looks like?

Mine has the manual, CD in sleeve which is loose (it doesn't connect to the box) and an ad.

The only other ones that have the same kind of box are all Digital Pictures titles: Slam City, Corpse Killer, Censored version of Night Trap, and Supreme Warrior. A couple of games came with Digital Pictures temporary tattoos!
