I made a thread in off topic about this but I don't belive it's going to get to the right people. I know that alot of you good sellers here know that alot of tracking codes have similarities such as UPS having 1Z as the first two of there tracking numbers.

For those who don't want to read it but would like to know what I'm talking about heres the format of the Code as he gave it to me.
VE XXX XXX XXX US (the X's are Digits)
Now when I place it into google it comes up in USPS.com but it gives me this message
Label/Receipt Number: VEXX XXXX XXU S
Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site. A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office.
I've also checked to see what VE may stand for and the only thing google came up with was Venezuela and VE being it's offical acronym.
What erks me even more is that he said it was coming UPS But I've called UPS and it's not one of there codes and they claim to never ship without a tracking Number.
I'm not sure what to do. But when I get ahold of him I would like to know what the heck this is So I can go over it with him. Hopefully (He has great feedback on gamerTZ and Ebay as well as over a 100 paypal seller transactions) I'm not looking at being out 940.00 dollars
