Ok i have this seller on ebay that started a unpaid dispute with me. I responded to the dispute and he marked as payment received 2 times.Ive goten the item and before i give him an good feedback i want him to remove the alert.So ive contacted him about 8 times and responded to the dispute,i havent herd an answer out of him.Ive tried to reason with him and he wont respond and the alert is still on there and i cant delete it.So what should i do?

Dude, just leave the feedback. The alert just stays once its been initiated.

I think it goes away after a while. As in, eBay automatically removes it.

Ignore it. You got your item, he's got his money. Don't worry about it unless he accuses you again of not paying.

I had the same thing happen to me once before. The seller was from Thailand and kept leaving me an unpaid alert, even though I had proof of payment. I ended filing a counter complaint on ebay, I can't recall what exactly it was for, probably for trying to charge me more than what the auction stated - a legitimate complaint seeing that I already paid him once and now he was trying to get me to pay again. He ended up droping his complaint in no time after I filed mine. Something you might want to consider.
