NICO DVD? (Ico and Shadow of the Colossus related)

I have been seeing these on ebay for awhile, and was wondering if any of you have a clue of what this DVD is about, if its official, and if its worth the price:

I am not sure if this is what the dvd has on it but

Japanese pre-orders of Wander and the Colossus included a bonus DVD with a trailer describing Nico's plot, and an introduction which the development team states they wanted to use in Shadow of the Colossus.
