I give the seller bonus points for editing the auction and putting the truth, but the words prototype and unreleased are just in the title to get search hits. Pirate cart. I'm not sure if they discussed it here, but I know they did on nesworld.

Actually, if the guy found out that it was a pirate after he got a bid, he couldn't have changed the title if he wanted to. eBay doesn't let you do that. So it may not have been his fault.

Yeah true that,you can't change when someone already bid on you item that's why the add later on in auction.
