Umm Fuck the rest of the games, did anyone else see the TWO sealed R.O.B.'s on the side there? The print run on R.O.B. sold separately is VERY damn low.

O_O

I saw those, and know I am thinking damn, I'm not the only person that I have known to have one now.

I also have a brand new ROB. They were in low print run??

So I've been told :)

Is your R.O.B. the same as mine?
Here are some LARGE pics of one of them:

Cool pics, thanks. Yep, it's the same exact one. I love the ROB picture on the box, I think it looks really neat.

So is your ROB still brand new in the plastic?

If yours is the same as mine, Neat!

Mine are not 'sealed', I don't think they ever were though, unless of course yours is.

Is it?

Oops, let me clearify. I don't think they ever game sealed AROUND the outside of the box.
But when you open the box, it should be still sealed in the plastic bag it came with. Or in otherwords never opened in the bag.

Is that how yours is, or is it different?

Yep, bagged, not shrink-wrapped, exactly the same :) But does your R.O.B. box have french on it?

I'm new to the subject, but I assume that there was a US stand-alone release as well.

Yep I have seen both. Mine is the US version I guess cus there is no french on it anywhere. I am guessing yours is maybe a French Release then??

It could also be a canadian version.

I don't know if this is kosher or not, but I'd like to mention that my duplicates from this collection are available for sale/trade in the Buying and Selling forum.

Hit me hard if this is bad.

Two things.

1. Holy crap. I didn't realize this went from hypothetical to real. Congra... Aw, screw it. You must be very happy, and my trifling words can neither add nor subtract from it.
2. I understand your desire for secrecy with concern to the particulars of this transaction. However, given its sheer magnitude, I implore you to see the bigger picture: You are no meer collector, divvying up a lot to your friends. You are a historical event--along which comes a responsibility to make clear the precedent. Please contemplate this. Do not darken the old shadow when we need you to cast light.

I might offer about 4 or 5 dollars a game. I couldn't afford to buy that lot right now though. Good luck.

I was just wondering if you sold the ROB. I dropped out of the bidding since I couldn't afford it.

We are 99% of the way through the transaction and then I haven't heard back in quite a while from the individual. I'll wait a little longer, and if nothing, I'll put the R.O.B. up in the Buying and Selling forum.
