Not sure if the rarity is correct, being it is PAL (8/10) but hopefully if you intend to play it you have a television with a vertical hold tuner or the screen will roll when you play.

Well, just in general about what's different from the PAL and it's rarity as opposed to NTSC.

That one that recently sold on eBay was most likely NTSC even though it says PAL on the cassette. For some reason, the NTSC versions of both Survival Island and Sword of Saros have a label that says PAL. The PAL version is probably rarer than the NTSC version.
