One month ago i won an auction on Ebay.fr, but i still havnt recived anything. Tried to contact the seller both with mail and the "contact user" thingie on Ebay, but i dont get any reply. Think this is really strange because the seller got over 130 feedback points and not a single negative or neutral feedback, all positive.
Today i filled out a complaint with Paypal and some hours later I get this reply:
The seller has provided the following information in response to your
complaint, indicating that the item was shipped.
Tracking Company: Coliposte
Tracking Number:
If your complaint has been resolved, please cancel it by clicking on the
link below:
What do i do now? Do i just wait for the complaint to go on or can i send a reply back and ask for the tracking number? If so, how do i do this?
Coliposte do have trackingnumber so I wonder why he left that field blank.

Why haven't you filed a complaint with eBay itself? If he gets a message from them it's less likely for him to ignore it, and you may even get a refund.

I was thinking about doing that also. But i know it can take upto 1 month from France if its sent with surface mail. Im hoping it will arrive any day now. The main reason why i filled the complaint was because he doesnt answer my mails.
Does it matter if i wait a week or so before i complaint to Ebay? I know you can fill a complaint within 60 days after the auction have ended, but must Paypal and Ebay complaint be filled at the same time?

Anything passed a certain amount of days gets redirected to paypal.

If you live in the US, it's an automatic win, even if he did provide a tracking number - it's not SPP protected. Not providing a tracking number just ices it. You will win this complaint.

Do nothing. (Or click the "not resolved" button... whatever). W/o a tracking number you will automatically win the Dispute. Might take two months but you will win.

Why haven't you filed a complaint with eBay itself?
Ebay re-directs you to the Paypal Dispute site to recover money.
Although jajaja could file "non-performing seller" through ebay since item was never delivered. Seller would get a strike & 3 strikes he's out.

I don't remember where you have to go to find this information, but eBay will provide you with contact info on the seller. You can get his phone number and call him directly, since you said the main reason for your complaint was that he wasn't answering your e-mails.

I could call, but I dont speak french hehe :(
But if I send a complaint to Ebay now, will it start a new Paypal case or do they check if I already filled a complaint with Paypal?

An "item not delivered" through paypal
& "non-performing seller" through Ebay are 2 separate distinct complaints. They don't interfere with one another.
