Panzer Front for the DC

Does anyone here have this? Does anyone know where it's still available from? Stores or Kazaa? How close is the PSX version other than graphics? I read there is a mode in the DC version where you can just drive around and shoot at stuff without having to play the strategy game or read Japanese. Is this in the PSX version? :monkey: :cig: :beaten: :pimp:

As far as the US and Europe are concerned, there is no Panzer Front for DC. There may have been a Japanese release that I haven't heard of, but as far as I know it only came out on PSX.

There is indeed a DC version. I haven't played it much, but I have a..er..CD-r of it.

I guess I could make you a copy, or you could setup FTP and get it from me. The JP import is literally impossible to find. In fact, just finding someone that had a RIPPED version took several months of searching!

As far as the play goes, I didn't have to deal with any strategy or map screens when I played it. It was like playing a DC version of M1 Abrams.

if you're looking for an original, it's not THAT impossible to find- i know of one place that has it...for $90. anyway, the psx version adds an extra tank or two, and definitely looks worse than the dc version, lol. the dc version feels a bit more realistic, in terms of control, but it's more of a simulation than a run & gun blast fest. i think acsii made another pf for the import ps, but i'll have to check their jp site again and see if that was the re-issue... :-D
