If the complainer wins the dispute and the seller has no money in their paypal account, what happens? Will PayPal charge it to the sellers credit card?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

I am 0 for 4 with receiving money back from paypal. I am 3-1 in winning my case. The whole thing is a joke. The case I lost the winner had a picture of marvel vs capcom 2 ps2 game. I bid I won.

I didn't receive the game. After I complained he sent an empty ps2 box with delivery confirmation. He sent paypal the confirm # case closed. Paypal wouldn't hear my case. The jagg-offs

I've won 7 cases for items not shipped.

And I've never received a penny. Pay-pal is $hit when it comes to giving money back.

I won 1 of 1 ... :D
Check if the auction has the paypal protection logo on it .
At first they didnt want to listen to me , but after 10 calls and talked to management i did receive my 400 US dollars back.
Took lots of patience , but you can actually get it if you do annoy them enough.

1- paypal refunds money but seller has none

2- file with ebay. you'll get back Your money - $25

3- Or go to your credit card company and ask to dispute the charge.

If you are a valuable member to Paypal like I am they give will give you a courtest credit if they can't recover any funds from the account. Also Paypal doesn't only close the account they actually put it into collections and affects you credit rating. I asked the senior rep those questions since I always wondered what happened to those people, then I said that I never got any money back when that happened to me during christmas about 3 years ago. He then looked it up and said I should have gotten something back so he gave me a courtesy credit.

Try calling them and asking about past transactions, they can look it up for you.
