That's right, in RE DS. Chris Redfield's bonus costume (in Rebirth Mode) is....Joe Musashi's SHINOBI outfit.

It's rather sweet and insanely detailed just like the original Shinobi Arcade

I wonder who called the shots on this.

Oh and for fans, Shinji Makami had no part in this re-released game or the original development crew.

It was led by none other then Keiji Inafune and the ROCKMAN Club...

Hm, you could say this Shinobi outfit can be considered "SHADOW MAN" from Rockman 3 LOL

I thought that Joe's costume on the original Shinobi was maskless and was just a plain blue color? It's been awhile though...

I just remember the black outfit on some original artwork from the game (not the box art, but the arcade marquee)

I'm not one to care in this particular instance, but I think the spoiling part's already been done by the thread title... It's actually kinda funny. You have this spoiler, then right after it *SPOILER*! Hehe.

Does he run like a true Shinobi? That would be pretty sweet.

That's not Joe Musashi, or any outfit from any Shinobi game I recognize, just a ninja outfit. Is that a shiny headband? That'd make him more like Ryu Hayabusa, if anything. Cool though.
