What was the last US Dreamcast game?
I figured it was Giga Wing 2 from Capcom, but I don't think so.

NHL 2K2 I think, Giga Wing 2 isn't even close.

I believe its release date was 2/15/02. That was when I picked up my copy.

Nope, was May 2001.
Edit - Nevermind, thought someone was disagreeing with me about Giga Wing 2.

Usualy the last game released on a system is rare/pretty enpensive, though this is not the case as NHL (according to the guide) is a R2 $3

R2 for dreamcast is pretty high up there though, compared to other sports games
NFL 2K R-negative39
NBA 2K R-negative22
you get the picture

That is true, but in this case it is a more mainstream sports title. The Saturn saw PDS, MKRE and all kinds of cool one of a kind games at the end. The SNES has SFA2 which was an amazing port considering the task involved in porting it, plus it used the SFX2 chip.
I think that is why it is not as desirable, people probably knew at that time 2K3 was going to be on the other systems anyhow.
