What happened to PhillyClassic? Has it been permanently changed to VGXPO? Any help on this would be appreciated.

Both Philly events (ECGX and VGXPO) were pretty good last year so I imagine they'll both be back.

I went to VGXPO and it was good, but I just didn't know PhillyClassic was flatout cancelled.

I don't think it got cancelled, I went to www.phillyclassic.com and they have some sort of cover page there. so I'm sure it coming back

Hmmm... That's interesting. But, if you go to Google, and punch in the following words (or just click on the link I made):
formerly known as phillyclassic vgxpo (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=formerly+known+as+phillyclassic+vgxpo+&btnG=Google+Search)
...you'll get a buttload of websites that ran the press release apparently released last year by the organizers. So, for all purposes as of last year, they had replaced PhillyClassic with VGXPO. It remains to be seen if they'll resurrect PC this year. Or, the "new" PC may be run by someone else. It should be interesting.

phillyclassic was much better in my opinion... lots more vendors and it wasnt clashed in with a consumer appliances show, or whatever that was
Both Philly events (ECGX and VGXPO) were pretty good last year so I imagine they'll both be back.
East Coast Gaming Expo will be back this year. Expect announcments soon!

Yup, i forgot to mention that. I looked at it earlier and that is what sparked my mind to ask this question. Maybe I should email that address and see what kind of response I get?
