I've spent a bit of time with google searching for ngage stuff and I keep bumping into either dead links or links to spam/spyware filled warezzy pages.
I'm trying to find a site with homebrew software, specificly a better audio player and anything else interesting (emulators would be fun too)
do any of you ngage freaks (all 3 of you) know of any good places to start my search..and maybe some recomendations for software?
I just got a 512meg card and i'm itching to see what I can do on the system.

There's a huge thread here with a lot of links...

I think pages 14-16 has the most links. I've copied some below.
I haven't gotten the movie player to work yet, but I haven't really put a lot of effort into it.
I HAVE put a lot of effort into emulation. The best I've played is the GB/GBC emulator from www.vampent.com
The titles for the GB/GBC are great on-the-run games for the N-gage and the emulation is nearly perfect. There's also a fine NES emulator from the same folks, but it stretches the games to fit on the vertical N-gage screen so things don't look quite right. Still pretty cool though.
I've also tried the SMS/GG emulator on the N-gage. GG games run great while SMS games are stretched to fit just like the NES. The emulator is a bit buggy on some games, there are memory restraints which mean re-boots between big games, and I've come to realize that the GB/GBC library is just much stronger than the GG library. Still, some Sega exclusives like Gunstar Heroes, Panzer Dragoon Mini, and other games you might not normally play are freely available and look great on the N-gage.
The available SNES emulator is crappy at best. Still needs major work. I haven't tried Genny/MegaDrive emulation yet.
There's some new homebrews available too. Check the big N-gage thread mentioned above.

here are a couple of links.

the verticle screen starts to become an issue with emulators. the Vampnet GBC (http://vampent.com/emu.htm) is the best emulator for the n-gage. It plays full speed and full screen. NES plays full speed but the screen options aren't that great.
non-gaming related
you can do other cool shit with the n-gage too like using it as a remote control for your computer (if it has blue tooth).
this site converts movies to fit your phone. nothing like a little Family Guy while waiting for the bus.
