I left a negative for my buyer "did not pay". Buyer left a retaliation "he's full of BS".
Ebay deleted the neg because of the word "BS". Can my buyer come back later & leave another negative?

As I should. Non-payers should not be allowed to leave negs.

If you went through the non-paying bidder process, they can leave you negative feedback but it won't show up on your feedback page, nor will it be counted towards your rating.

I filed the non-paying dispute but I filed it on December 1 before the new rule "non-payers can't leave negatives" took effect.

... I thought that was a rule that's been around for quite a long time. You can't swear when leaving feedback (or anywhere on eBay - except maybe the discussion boards) because it's a public site or something.

This is what the Ebay rules says:
The feedback comment contains profane, vulgar, obscene, or racist language or adult material. Inflammatory language, such as "fraud, liar, cheater, scam artist, con man" etc, while discouraged, will not be removed.
I had a simular case, got revenge negative feedback were the fucking seller called me a con artist and a liar etc. I complained, but because of that rule they didnt remove anything.

she's a seller too. Down to 93%. Sucks to be her. Guess she should paid me. LOL

But i find it strange that they removed it. Are you sure there wasnt another reason? Like fake phonenumber etc. Its good that they removed it for you of course, but i find it strange that they remove something like this when it says in rules they wont.

But "BS" is a curse word: "Bullshit".
"The seller's a fucking thief! Don't do business with him!" is NOT the same as "The seller's a thief! Don't do business with him!". The former would get deleted, but the latter wouldn't.
