SNES dp SCARCITY LISTS THIS GAME X2. ARE THERE 2?

On Digital Press Rarity lists I ran some time ago,
under snes, there are 2 listings
1. Arcade's greatest hits : The Atari Collection 1 (I've never seen one)
2. Williams Arcade's Greatest Hits (pretty common) contain a group of Atari Greatest hits games

Does anyone have any insite as to whether these are 2 games or the same game?

Different I owned both at one time.

They are different, played both. One has Atari Classics from the arcade the other is Williams, like the ones they keep rehashing on different ports. Don't have a list of games on the Atari one, but Tempest was on there and so was Super Breakout.
PSX released them both as well.

This thread seems pretty much solved, so I'll just ask my question here to.

How often do you guys see Tinstar? Ever since I've been collecting I've NEVER saw a copy, and noone ever finds in the finds thread. Wierd thing, it's listed as an R1 or R2 in the rarity guide. Is this just a regional thing, or is it rarer than it seems?

I've got a sealed Tinstar, but don't see many of them either.
