Alot of good games there, but I think its strange that SMB 1 isnt under the top 10.

Eh, this is why I stick to the Famicom. Better game selection (for me, anyway). Jajaja's right, in a list with so many sentimental favorites, it's strange that SMB1 isn't there. Also...Kic Icarus over Metroid! Well, Kid Icarus is certainly prettier.

Funny that Final Fantasy and/or Dragon Warrior are absent from the list as well. Would definately kick Solstice in favor of either.

SM3 > SM1, although they both share about equal amount of memories for me.

THere are a few games on there that I love but I agree with FlufflePuff I'm shocked that Dragon Warrior or Final Fantasy didn't make either list

Kepe in mind that it's a Dutch magazine. Reason that games like FF and DW aren't on this list is because they weren't released in Europe.

It just boggles my mind that Duck Hnt made the list. I mean yes, it's the best known light gun game for the NES, but I'd wager to guess that Hogan's Alley wasn't released in Europe? I'd pick it anyday over Duck Hunt and that ****in asshole dog!

I've always hated that damn dog  Anyone know a website that allows you to shoot the dog after you miss one of the ducks?

My first thought as well, ya gotta pay tribute to SMB... I'm with XEXYZ, Duck Hunt made it :hmm:

Never even played Snake, Rattle, & Roll or Solstice... might have to make it a point to pick those up soon

Good list I agree with Kirby being nuber 4 but I don't think Duck Hunt should be in the top ten I mean it was a fun game but it got old after awhile. Also I think Super Mario Bros should have been on it.

The editor who picked SMB was angry tha tit wasn't on the list (he said: it's teh sam when making a top 10 movie list, and not having "The Godfather" in it).

They picked Duck Hunt because of the Zapper, and the fact that it also attracted to non-gamers.

That's a pretty decent list! Much better than the Famitsu top 100 games for any system, IMO.

I'm a little surprised, yet pleased, that SMB2 ranked in the top 10.

I would have liked to have seen Zelda 2 on there as well, but oh well. Still a better list than most magazines have been able to compile.
