In hr. 4 (i think) Jack does this interrogation minigame. and it is just pissing me off.

Has anyone finished this part of the game?

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated, as I am about to put this game back in the case and say F it.

I have made the green bar go up 4 times before, I have done that twice. However, I have NO CLUE what I did correctly to get it to do that.

How do I get through this most annoying minigame?

Thanks

Having just gotten the most recent Tips N Tricks for the Chibi Robo detailings, it also has a walkthru for 24.

If where it looks like you are in the game T&T says:

When the conversation stops and the graph moves up to the forefront, you must make a button selection immedately. Daniels will suddenly get aggitated or reclusive, drifting away from the 'safe zone'- thats when you bring him down with the X button or get him worked up with the Triangle button. Don't press the coaxing button (Square button) until you can get the stress line into the 'safe zone'. The green meter to the right will keep rising after each successful info extraction. When there's only one green bar left to fill up, you will enter the breaking stage. The stress line will move wildly up and down the graph and you must hit the Circle button right inside the 'safe zone'.

hot damn I did it. It is not so hard after all. Once I figured out how to play the game. Though I only got 48% so I will have to try and get 90%+ - but later.

The blue bar has to match up to either triangle, square, or x. that is when you hit the button. If you wait too long his stress will either go way down or way up, which means you have to bring it back in the opposite direction. Just time either x or triangle (the opposite) during the peak or valley of the line. It takes 2 or 3 times to get the blue bar back to the place where you can again start the interrogation proper.

Hope that explanation helps. The manual had nothing of use whatsoever.

It wasn't as frustrating once I figured it out.

Thanks. I didn't see your comment. But that does make sense what T&T has written.
