WTB Earthworm Jim Special Edition (Sega-CD) complete

I don't know if this will be of any help or not, but I thought I'd relate you my story anyway:

Both one of my best friends and myself acquired a Sega CD system over the summer, and this game was on both of our "Buy It As Soon As Possible" lists. To our dismay, no one in town had it, and when one popped up on eBay (which wasn't very often) it would usually sell for $40-50 shipped. However, inside of a week two different eBay stores listed near mint complete copies, one for $20 shipped and the other for $23 shipped. I bought them both, and sold the spare to my friend.

Did we get lucky? Probably. Still, it might be worth keeping an eye on the eBay stores listings.

Thanks, yeah, that was definitely a good find! I've only recently decided to finish my Sega-CD collection, but in the last 3 weeks I haven't seen any EWJ's on eBay at all. I was hoping there was someone in the forums that would want to part with theirs, but if not, I'll have to keep a close eye on eBay. What are some of your other rare ones? I recently got a Lords of Thunder and Lawnmower man cheap...I think they're pretty hard to come by.

I've seen one on eBay now but it's inside of a system lot that I know will probably go for well over $100...surely there is someone here who wants to part with theirs?
