Id like to know what everyone else thinks about sega's current position...personally....Sega is my favorite gaming company of all time....my fav system is still Saturn. I love all the systems ..... I would like to see sega pop back into the hardware business.....Who knows maybe in 1 or 2 more console generations they will be...what do you think? I also wonder how sega can report losing money after releasing so many kick ass games! bah, modern day "gamers" dont know jack, they buy a PS2 and they worship it and everything else blows....either way, give me your thoughts guys and gals!

If SEGA will create a new system, i donīt know if will be a great machine, but i will buy it, because SEGA is the best company of all time!!!, also, Master system and Saturn are my favourite systems.

I love Sega, and I'd buy any system they put out...no questions asked.

If they did,(and they won't), I would support it. Sega has made many of the best and original games I've ever played...The problem is these great games are either 1) Not marketed well, or 2) geared toward a nitch or hardcore gamer, which is good for me, but bad for sega since most of the gameing public doesn't fall into those categories. Sega doesn't have the money to get back into the console market, and honestly 2 of the 3 players in the market now are having trouble making their hardware anywhere near profitable. I think it would be in Sega's best interest to just stick to making software, maybe cut out some of the lagging sports titiles and just try and capitalize on their franchises and original ideas.

well, it depends on the price and what games would come out, but on the other hand, i love sega and all of their systems.

*I* would certainly support them, as I have since the beginning of time.

And yet, since the Genesis they've done nothing but fail me when it comes to hardware. 32X. Saturn. Dreamcast. All pulled too early, leaving me with a feeling of abandonment.

I'd support them, but I seriously doubt that I echo the sentiments of the gaming community as a whole, and certainly not of the retail world. They never forgot what Atari did - and I doubt Sega would be welcome back with open arms for a long time to come.
