TG16 - PC Engine ...DP CG Advanced Edition...Japan Releases

How come the TG16 was given so much space with Japanese releases?
Why not DC, SNES or others?

I think it's more incidental than anything. Ideally, we'd like to have a DP Japan or something foreign, but I think that it was primarily related to that section being ready at fine tuned by press time. Those sections are major undertakings, and I'm sure they are works in progress.
