Toys N Joys online store, any experience?

Anyone who have bought from this store (http://www.toysnjoys.com/) before?
I ordered 4 GBA games about 1 month ago, but havnt recived anything.
I e-mailed them twice (last time was on monday), but still no answer. I cant call because i dont speak too good english and its expencive.

Wild guess would be that they dont have some of the games i ordered. But since they dont answer my mails im kinda worried. I did pay with Paypal and its soon been 45 days and i have to fill a complaint if i dont hear anything.

So, anyone bought from these guys before? Experience?

They suck, I bought some stuff from theim back in the Dreamcast days(2000-02) with no problems, but after that, they went down hill. In 2003 I order'd some things which never show'd up :/

I had to do some digging on their site for a phone # after which they didn't have the stuff on their web site :/ though I did get it resovoled through the phone.
