SNES Fuse, What Size etc?

Im assuming its my Fuse, the snes worked fine, then one day I turned it on and it didnt, also checked power supply with a diff snes and it works fine.

What type of replacment fuse do I need? I know I have to buy a fuse holder etc, but not sure what rated fuse I need. Thanks

1.5 amp, 125 volt, don't use slo-blow. Try a continuity check with a multimeter on either end of the reed fuse to make sure it's the culprit.
