I haven't had any luck finding NCAA Basketball 2K3 (by Sega, not EA) and since I (a) Plan on having every Gamecube title and (b) want to have minimum difficulty doing it a ala my DC and N64 collections, I am simply putting out an all points bullitain: I want a *factory sealed* copy of it.
I'm willing to offer up some good stuff... I'll even dive into my NES collection. That stuff can be replaced.

I think if you find it, you will be extremely lucky. I have been searching for it too.
I was watching that wrestling avatar you have, did that guy break his neck?

Yep, that guy's neck is broken. The move is called a Tiger Driver '91. Up to today, the only person I ever seen do it was Misawa from All Japan Pro Wrestling (He now owns his own fed, called Japan NOAH). The poor bastard taking the move, Kawada (my favorite wrestler) paid him back six years later with this move.

That move is called a Ganso Bomb, and it's only been done three times. Believe it or not, that move (which broke Misawa's neck) was NOT the finish of the match. They went on a few more mintues before Kawada said "fuck it" and broke HIS OWN ARM and Misawa's colarbone with his main finisher, the diving brainbuster.
For those who have WWF No Mercy for the N64, the Tiger Driver '91 is simply a "Tiger Driver", the Ganso Bomb is called the "Hangman's DDT" and the diving brainbuster is the "Brainbuster DDT".
If anyone watched WWE Raw yesterday, the new guy, Rodney Mack, gave Al Snow a Tiger Driver '91 and word going around is Al Snow has been seriously injured by the move. It was truly sick... the one last night on Raw was WORSE then the one that acts as my avatar. The title "Victim of the Tiger Driver '91" is just a joke, because I would NEVER take that move. Not for a million bucks.
