I don't know what is the name of this game.
There are numbers 64 on the name and there came Internet cable with this game and I think that SeTa Corporation has made this game..

Thats called Morita Shogi 64.

Kind of a weird cart as it has a modem built into it, you used it to connect to the leaderboards & upload your scores.

Im pretty sure that feature wont work anymore as im guessing the server will have been taken down, still a cool collectable though.
