I suppose this is somewhat true... considering 841 of my 1578 games are on Nintendo consoles.

That test was more than a bit unbalanced (and doesn't account for the most insipid of them all, Square Fanboys), but here are my numbers:
Nintendo Fanboy - 69%
Sony Fanboy - 38%
Microsoft Fanboy 35%
I am apparently Nintendo #1.
I am most turned off of the next gen in general because of price concerns and a general personal indifference toward having the system with the best graphics. I have always liked cartoony games better regardless of who makes them/what system they're on, so hyper-realism is boring to me. You don't need a next gen system to make games of this ilk look good.
Now i will say that I think Nintendo, with Sega as a close second, has the most endearing characters of all the major companies. They really are the Disney of gaming. I don't think this makes me a Fanboy, rather a fan. Mario, Link, Samus, DK, even the long lost Kid Icarus are great because they are timeless. Sonic and Co. are as well, but they just haven't been in a good game for some time. The Ratchets and Jaks of the world are also memorable in their own way, but they are much more generic than the Nintendo or Sega stable.
In general, if a game is good, I want it. MGS4 looks great, and I am all about completing series, but if the PS3 is $500, they've lost me. Same goes for the 360. Halo 3 will be a must have for me, but I will probably have the actual game for a long time before I purchase a $400 system. If the Rev is in the $250-$300 range, I'm sold.

Well, I saw this coming. But I really do show love to all systems as long as they have the games I want. And well, right now, Nintendo has the best series' I want to play. PS2 follows closely (Jak and Daxter fucking rock. And who can forget the Katamari stuff, Ico and SOTC, Dragon Quest, etc..) While MS only gets a game I want very rarely. DOOM 3 and Serious Sam were pretty much it this generation. A little of Conker, Fable. But other than that, they have nothing!
Some of the questions sucked. Where were the "I won't buy a ____ until it gets games I want." choices? Fucking moronic test creators need to die a horrible death.... in WoW or something. ;)

I gotta say, the test is pretty accurate! I love a variety in systems! Each system has it's strengths and weaknesses. Utilizing as many systems as possible cancels out all weaknesses. Makes my kung-fu strong... Makes my kung-fu VERY STRONG indeed.

This is one of THE DUMBEST tests I've ever seen. In order to complete it you have to know what you like. OH BIG SURPRISE that I lean towards Nintendo.
If I own all the currenty gen systems and lots of games and end up playing one system over the other does that make me a big boy? Or does it make me a consumer that can make up my own mind about what I like?
So stupid.
